Who am I?

The question keeps you up at night. It’s more than existential dread. You feel like you’re searching for the keys to unlock the deepest parts of you. The answers that will make you feel whole.

You don’t know where to begin.

You’re not sure if you’re going to love what you find.

All you know is that you don’t really want to go it alone, but you’re not sure where to turn.

It’s an isolating, confusing feeling.

Find yourself with an identity expert.

Hi! My name is Dr. Annie Snow, and I’m an ABS certified sexologist. I have personally helped hundreds of folks navigate their identity journeys. My methods have been widely published and adopted by other therapists so that folks across the globe can move from a space of confusion to confidence.

Common Identity Treks

Gender Identity

It seems like no matter what, things tend to escalate from zero to a hundred. You want to slow down, enjoy yourself. You want your partner to have a satisfying experience. But despite everything you’ve tried, your sexual encounters feel abridged and disappointing.

Sexual Identity

You find yourself getting soft at the most inconvenient moments, and now you’re starting to avoid or dread sex. Those little blue pills aren’t helping, and you’re starting to fear that your best sex is behind you, reluctantly left in the past.

Kink Identity

Your relationship with your body is complicated at best. It feels impossible to enjoy sex when you don’t feel comfortable in your own skin. You fantasize about feeling desirable, but in reality, you mostly feel self-conscious and “not good enough” in intimate situations.

"Dr. Snow is the first counselor that I feel has really had a positive effect on my well being. It's not just a bunch of talking. I don't just feel better, my life has actually changed for the better."

"I was SO discouraged when I contacted Dr. Snow. I was experiencing so much dysmorphia and shame around my identity. Fast forward to a year later, and I'm finally confident in my body and having meaningful, passionate sex! The best part is that for the first time, I really feel like I deserve it."”

If you’re struggling with performance anxiety, you don’t need a pill or another self-help book. You may need an experienced sex therapist who can tailor solutions to your specific situation.
